The sales say list at $625k. 14 homes sold within a mile since April, at $318 per sq ft. Homes priced 5% higher sat 41 days and sold for 3.1% less.
Sarah wrote in September that they move in January, so the plan ends with a December close.
One thing for you: Tom wrote that a neighbor got $680k. That was 2215 Elm Ridge, 440 sq ft bigger and with a pool. Slide 3 shows it. How you tell Tom is your call.
