## How to set it up

1. **Connect Gmail and Google Calendar.** Sign in to Gmail and Google Calendar once from daework. No API keys, no MCP servers, nothing to install. You choose which Daes may use each App.
2. **Tell a Dae the job.** Start a new Dae and say it in plain words: “Reply to Dana: yes to a call on Thursday. Offer two times that work for me. Keep it short.”
3. **Approve what goes out.** Send email waits for your OK on a card in the chat. Everything else, it does on its own.
