# Can AI plan my week on my calendar?

Tell a Dae what you need to get done. It reads your Google Calendar and the deadlines in your email, fits the work around your meetings, keeps the mornings you protect clear, and adds the blocks once you approve.

**The Plan my week Dae** (Everyday): Puts your work on your calendar around your meetings, before the deadlines in your email, and keeps your mornings clear.
Apps: Google Calendar, Gmail.

## How to set it up

1. **Connect Google Calendar and Gmail.** Sign in to Google Calendar and Gmail once from daework. No API keys, no MCP servers, nothing to install. You choose which Daes may use each App.
2. **Tell a Dae the job.** Start a new Dae and say it in plain words: “Plan my week. Fit the investor update, the Okapi proposal and the Support Lead interviews around my meetings. Keep mornings for deep work.”
3. **Approve what goes out.** Add events waits for your OK on a card in the chat. Everything else, it does on its own.

## Questions

### Does it send or change anything without me?

No. Add events waits for your OK. An email or invite to another person always waits for you.

### Do I need an API key or MCP server for Google Calendar and Gmail?

No. You sign in to Google Calendar and Gmail once from daework and the Dae uses it. There is no API, MCP or Zapier setup.

### What does it cost?

Every plan includes every App and every Dae. Plus is $30 a month and covers a full week of everyday jobs like this one. There is no free plan.

### Are these numbers real?

No. This is a sample run at a made-up business, played in a copy of the app. Every step is something a Dae does with the Apps shown.
